Als dann in der Medenbacher Straße eine über 1300 Quadratmeter größere Fläche auf dem Markt war, kaufte Germann das Gewerbegrundstück mit der Hausnummer 17.

Danach ging es recht schnell. Am 14. Juni vergangenen Jahres überreichte Landrat Schuster die Baugenehmigung. Einen Monat später erfolgte die Grundsteinlegung.

Am 14. August meisterte das Gesundheitszentrum die letzte Hürde, als sie von der Bauaufsicht und der Brandschutzbehörde auf Herz und Nieren überprüft wurde und dabei einzig ein Typenschild an einer Tür moniert wurde.
